I realize he didn't create it, but I couldn't think of the name of his teammate that did. What are your thoughts on this deck? For those that havn't seen it they just put a deck tech out on it. It seems very strong, playing basically every good card to matter the mana cost, and right now wafotapa is 8-0 with it (playing a feature match against PV might I add, perhaps PV could give us some thoughts on it when he gets back?), the creater of the deck is 7-1, Ruel is 6-2, and their other teammate (levy?) is also 6-2. Just a surprise on the metagame that no one knows how to deal with, or legitimate contender?

Yeah i saw that feature with PV, seems good. I think this deck is totally just a metacall, completely unexpected no real forum review on it and the closest thing in compairson is GBu Ramp, which is nothing really like it but is the best repersentation pre hollywood for testing. I believe that after Hollywood this deck will fall out seeing as people will know what to do and how to counteract it.

On the otherhand, how bout PV's faeries list. Seems quiet good no pestermite, thoughtseize in the main im liken it and im not even a faerie fan.

The guy who designed the deck is manuel bucher for anyone interested, he regulary makes the money at pts and last time I played him owned me on modo with a deck with double wrens run vanquisher, double briarhorn and imperious perfect. Sick.

She's such a beast.

Actually he won round 11 vs kenji no less and then got nassif next round, he certainly isnt getting easy pairings but i guess you expect that at a pro tour.

am I the only one that just thinks this deck is just ok and its more along the lines of the pilots that these lists are winning?
i'm not saying its great but this really just seems like a ok metachoice with great players winning with the deck

No. You want slaughter pact so you don't get blown out by magus of the moon.

I'm telling you the correct deck list. If you want to argue with card choices, take it up with Wafo-Tapa.
