My arguing for it should probably have been considered a signature. Telling someone to wait gives them information they wouldn't normally have.

well for starters i started this to HELP clear up rulings in tournaments and for clearer gameplay. now i also wanna note that this petition for counter petition bull needs to stop. i personally ask flippitor to close all of the counter petition threads as they do nothing but try to make a joke out of a serius problem. therehave been many a time were ive had to wait for 5-10 minutes on a ruling becasue it was unclear what happened and why. logs help but if they just randomly tap all there creatures and you actvate say cryptic command they say wait i was tapping it for X effect and theres no ruleing.PHASES fixes this!! so please stop the counter petitions!!! now back on topic I thank everyone so far who has contributed to this petition and i hope we get more and more signatures. thx all for the suport for proper magic!

The threads on this board are getting out of hand. Unless you can prove that phases are necessary for all cases (and I mean all cases), I don't see why staff should force players to use them. Petitions with people bickering and joking instead of intelligently arguing the problem do not accomplish anything.
