random sets in my masterbase

So, in mws when i set the card filter for, say, t2, or shadowmoor only, i have a bunch of random sets included in the resulting list. the sets are "fnm" "bd" "prc" "pre" etcetera. I guess these are like pre-release, friday night, beatdown etc. I tried to fix this through "add/remove/analyze" sets under tools, but these sets don't appear in the list of sets with radio buttons.
Any suggestions?
