| To anybody who cares, I am looking for a new decklist. But I don't want it to be a tribal deck, goyf powerhouse, or anything popular. I want a different but good deck that can win at an FNM plagued with kithkin, faerie rogue, skred, and elves. Well, if you haven't noticed by now, I don't have the best knack for building good decks, so any advice would be welcome. |

Well if the meta you play is so terribly watered down with Aggro, why don't you try Turbofog? It's quite possibly the most annoying deck in the world, but it's fun to play and owns aggro.
The Turbo
4x Howling Mine
4x Rites of Flourishing
The Fog
4x Holy Day
4x Dawn Charm
4x Pollen Lullaby
4x Martyr of Sands
I suggest using Whetwheel or Millstones as an extra win-con. But yeah, basically, you deck them out by using the Mines and Rites. They draw from these first, so they will deck before you, but add a Gaea's Blessing or two if you're not confident in this. Wraths aren't really necessary, but you can use them if you're still worried. Of course, the deck has trouble against control and such, but there's other ways around that. Hoofprints of the Stag is great, and Eyes of the Wisent is necessary in the Sideboard against Blue-based control decks. Toy with it all you want, it's pretty user-friendly. |

2 Ghitu Encampment
1 Keldon Magliths
19 Mountain
4 Maniac
4 Fanatic
4 Keldon Marauders
4 Boggart Ram Gang
2 Ashenmoor Gouger
4 Rift Bolt
4 Incinerate
4 Flame Javelin
4 Sulfurous Blast
4 Shard Volley
Sideboard land destruction effects (Cryoclasm, Magus of the Moon, Avalanche Riders, Fulminator Mage, Poison the Well), mass creature removal (Pyroclasm, Sulfurous Blast), and things like Smash to Smitherines and Everlasting Torment to deal with Dragon's Claw and smash in general.
The main deck cost like the price of Mogg Fanatics and 10$, plus it should easily take down decks like Mana Ramp and Faeries. |

I like the Turbofog idea, and it turns better with the new lands that will help your mana fixing (using vivids and gemstone mines isnt that great, pool and the others help ) |

The problem with the deck isn't the mana base. The problem is its lack of substance vs control. |

well, i do actually like the turbofog idea. that with maybe a few counters like remove soul, cancel, or broken ambitions maybe useful too in there or maybe some trickbind so deal with aggro triggers....plus a couple beacons of immortality.
Would any disenchants of naturalizes be useful? |

on the other hand, maybe counters wouldnt fit into this deck. probably a good idea to keep it green/white. throw some rebuff the wicked in there along with a few condemns and oblivion rings. oh and the new green counter, guttural response, would go well in the sideboard. i'm also contemplating putting voidstone gargoyle in there for some control. how does this sound so far? am i going too far off of the turbo fog theme?
i also have a scenario:
I play voidstone gargoyle, but in response my opponent plays rune snag. can i respond to the rune snag with rebuff the wicked? I i dont think i can... |

| turbofog scoops to neverending torment, a card that many aggro decks have in sb. I would say its just about dead. |

its about 55 45 in your favor. alot of the matchup is the coinflip but you can win anyway. the 3 crucible in the board is for red deck wins because you need to assemble the hard lock vs them more then any other deck. the big problem iwth red deck wins is that cryptic command doesnt straight up fog them out of the win like it does with most decks. |

| It might be that I am a skilled player and its a bad deck or it might be that you are not a skilled player and its a good deck. I've won countless times with it. It dominates. Try it out. It's awsome. |
