Daveslusher-

That deck is so unfair.

I love sealed in this format even weak pools can sometimes have game. But not against a mean lean machine like that though.

I went 5-0 in my release today with a pretty weak GUr deck. Plumeveil was the MVP with firesprout and the five mana flash w/u faerie getting honorable mentions.

i HATE when people post decklists with comments next to each card.

like, dude, stfu! if u've got something to say (it's probably not worth saying anyway, but), type it after ur list so we can actually read the damn thing.

Is this an OK draft deck? LOL

1x Leechridden Swamp
15x Swamp
1x Scar
1x Manaforge Cinder
1x Sootstoke Kindler
2x Sickle Ripper
2x Emberstrike Duo
1x Disturbing Plot
2x Faerie Macabre
2x Corrosive Mentor
1x Loch Korrigan
1x Splitting Headache
1x Merrow Grimeblotter
1x Cultbrand Cinder
1x Gravelgill Axeshark
1x Gloomlance
1x Traitor's Roar
1x Ashenmoor Cohort
1x Beseech the Queen
2x Corrupt
1x Midnight Banshee (first pack, first pick)

I love it when you open a card that spells the rest of your deck!

3-0 overall, 6-0 in total games. Finished 2nd!!! LOL!

turn to mist was uncutable because everyone i played against had soem form of a liege. Also its a very good combat trick for me

I had an extremely weak creature pool for my release event (most bomb-like card was Glen Elendra Liege...). I ended up going 3-2 with a U/B tempo/control build, and was ecstatic to get THAT record. My losses were to DoublePowerOfFire.dec and DemigodPlusCorruptPlusMidnightBansheeEqualsWin.dec =P

Dave: I would have cut one of the enchantments and one of the seedcradle witches, but then again I just can't ever bring myself to run 42 cards. Nothing wrong with that list at all.

Like that deck is fine. It is pretty much what I drafted all weekend only with multiples of ridiculous uncommons/rares. I mean gratz on playing with total scrubs and props for winning in that crappy field. I think I went like 4-1, 3-0, 3-0 at the 3 tournaments I played in over the weekend. It basically just proves how nuts blue/white is. Steel is just completely unfair and is by far the best common in the set. But yeah keep it up and next time try to snag armored ascension because its nuts in a mostly hybrid white/green + white/blue deck.

P.S.

The match I lost was game one mana flood game three mana screw.
