Just wondering if this is right, My opponent disconnected and i found him back on the chat room and messaged him a couple of times to see if he was coming back or we could re arrange it .I got no response but kept the game open for a fair while in case he did return , it got late so i went to bed. Now i have it down as a loss on my part , is that how it should be what should i have done instead ?
Cheers
Dan

Bring it to #judges4you.
If you disappeared without informing anyone about the "issue", then it might be your fault.

you should have waited like 10 mins and told the tc or a judge instead of just leaving, if you left then ur opp came back and you werent there then yes it is your fault

As soon as any opponent disconnects or there is a connection problem I'd head straight to #judges just to be safe if they don't immediatly reply to your messages to reconnect.
