Alright, so let's break it down.

Fuminator Mage: Not running four, due to only destroying nonbasics.
Simian Spirit Guide: Simply for acceleration, if you cast it, enjoy =].
Magus of the Moon: After you go on a land destruction spree, drop him and win.
Dusk Urchins: Need card draw, he gets some points in.
Demigod of Revenge: Finisher. Nothing Less, Nothing More
Shriekmaw: Good removal, needed another beatdown creature.
Avalance Riders, would this deck be good w/ out?

Beseech the Queen, Running two to tutor for a finisher mainly.
Poison the Well: Good Card, Simply.
Rain of Tears: Stone Rain anybody
Sulfurous Blast [meta choice]: wipes boards =]

Graven Cairns: Double Red / Double Black. Ya, you need it.
Sulfurous Springs: You need it.
Reflecting Pool, Not 100% sure on how this is going to work, comments?]
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth better than a swamp, helps with BB costing.
Snow Lands, they match =]

All Critisism welcome. If your comment is really dumb, your probably going to pay for it by someone =] Have Fun.

I really wanna fit siege-gang commander in here.
Deck doesn't seem like it has a finisher.
Also, Smallpox? or no

i know, reveillark. Locally, only 1 at FNM though. That's my concern with playing cryoclasm. Also, NO idea what to take out lol.

Help me understand, why are you not at least playing Grim Harvest? I would also like to point out the anti-synergy with Magus of the Moon and Fulminator Mage. I would run Br mana denial. Here are some cards to look into.

Icefall, Grim Harvest, Fulminator Mage, Shriekmaw, Avalance Riders, Damnation, Coldsteel Heart, Relic, Grave Pact, Tombstalker/GG for the win.

Well in board for Lark yes, but also anyother U/W decks. Also, i think you need to round out on full 4 Fulminators, plenty of nonbasics being played. Also, you need a better way to draw cards. Dusk Urchins is pretty unreliable. Maybe hoarders greed or wheel of fate. I think graveborn muse would be best. For a finisher i would pick something flashy and cool like red akroma or hellkite.
so... all that in mind:
-3 Dusk Urchins
-3 Demigod of Revenge

+3 Graveborn Muse
+1 Sulfurous Blast
+2 Bogardan Hellkite

Also i dont know how good Brutal Visions is gonna be but you could try it out.
Brutal Visions 2(R/B)(R/B)
At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player draws a card.
Whenever a player draws a card, Brutal Visions deals 1 damage to him or her.

also think about makeshift mannequin and bitterblossom

lol
you have 24 land, that is a plenty
also, you have card drawing, at least you should with either hoarder's greed, wheel of fate or graveborn muse.

Also you probly wont play the Hellkite or Akroma till turn 10+ anyway, regardless of havin the mana or not.

It isn't viable to deny the opponent mana the whole game. You slow him down, that is all land destruction (and discard, and counter) does. Keep that in mind when you build the deck. The finishers should enter play and win the game before the opponent can pick himself up from the lack of land. Remember: lack of land = lots of cards in hand. He will be online again rather quickly once he topdecks the mana he needs.

Also keep in mind that normally land destruction does little against a good aggro build.

the thing about LD right now is that if your opponent plays a bitterblossom turn 2 (which is not hard) you go like: "Shit i lose!"...

Nihilith is solid in land destruction decks since you are putting a number of their cards into their graveyard, also Tombstalker is good, as mentioned above, due to its Delve ability.

I don't think you need krosan grip if you run either your own bitterblossoms or a maindeck board sweeper (if you don't have a board sweeper main, you need one in the sideboard). I like the idea of running Tombstalker, since you put a lot of spells into your graveyard, and it is a huge finisher. Being black also gives him an advantage in a world filled w/ Shriekmaws.

Not playing 4 Fulminators is a massive facepalm. You WANT one on turn 3. Assuming you're on the play, you'll get a Fulminator 45% of the time with 3, and 60% of the time with 4, and there's no shortage of targets in Standard.

Other than that, I don't feel like going too indepth on your list, but way too many 5 drops, and too much land. Needs more Speed, less fake Control.
