What chat are you trying to join with appre or MWS? :O If you mean IRC use some program to join like:

http://www.mirc.com/

Or webchat:

http://webchat.xs4all.nl/

I don't understand what were you trying to do with appre or MWS. And that link doesn't work for me.

Solidirc, where our chatrooms are located recently had some problems, that caused an elimination of a few ways to connect to the network. These are now fixed.
