If Gemstone Mine have only 1 counter , can i use it form mana and sac for Shard Volley?

I'm pretty sure it's just like casting Boom under the same conditions. It should be fine.

The link you provided for Gemstone Mine provides the answer.

Sacrificing this card when the last counter is removed is part of the effect of tapping it for mana.

So, no. You'd basically be trying to sacrifice it for 2 effects, which you can't do.

Doesn't work. After you remove the counter from Gemstone Mine to produce the 1 mana, no trigger goes onto the stack, the land is immediately put into your graveyard. Therefore, you can't sacrifice it to Shard Volley.

It shouldn't work
because i know that you can't use gemstone mine one it's last counter and sac it to Gargardon

No different than when people ask questions about cards that are self-explanitory. Sometimes it's easier for people to just ask rather than look for the answer themselves. Not always a bad thing but always better to do a little research first.

it's exactly the same as when someone asks a question that the first google result on the topic answers in bold, capital letters.
