I take control of an opponent Faerie with Sower of Temptation then i play Mistbind Clique Championing the stolen Faerie. When Mistbind Clique die who take back the Faerie?

An other case, i have Mistbind Clique, in play, my opponent stolen it with Threaten, then sacrifice Mistbind Clique, who take back the Faerie? And WHY?

Actually it would be the owner of the creature.
The card has been removed from play, therefore reseting the controller/any effects on it.
When the championed creature returns to play it goes to it's owner control.

This is not the default. The default is that the person who controls the ability that puts it into play controls the creature. But the Champion ability specifically mentions that the creature is returned to its owners control.

What is the use of a Rulings forum if you think people shouldn't ask questions? If you don't want to answer questions, fine, don't. But don't tell people they can't ask a question in a forum meant for questions.
