After playing a RGb Sligh at a PTQ this season to a oh-so-close 9th place, I found myself sitting around in my apartment pondering what might be good in standard. Somewhere along the lines I was wondering if a similar type of deck could be played in Type2, here is what I came up with and I have so far lost only one match with it. Recently it even qualified me for city champs. This would be against RDW as it is a very similar deck that is a little more consistent but not nearly as powerful. I don't actually play on M-League, so I encourage giving it a try before criticizing.
BrokenAggro.dec
4x Mogg Fanatic
4x Magus of the Scroll
4x Keldon Marauders
4x Tarmogoyf
4x Countryside Crusher
2x Greater Gargadon
4x Tarfire
4x Incinerate
4x Rift Bolt
4x Bitterblossom
4x Auntie's Hovel
4x Karplusan Forest
4x Terramorphic Expanse
1x Pendelhaven
1x Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
2x Mutavault
3x Mountain
2x Swamp
1x Forest
SB
4x Cryoclasm
4x Deathmark
4x Thoughtseize
3x Seal of Primordium
Note: The sideboard has been pretty strong in my meta, especially with everyone playing Elves, Revellairk, and Faeries. If I were going to see more RDW, I would probably try to work in some Dragon's Claws in there. Or you could even turn Deathmark into Terror as it "pretty" much does the same thing and can easily replace the Bitterblossom against RDW which is just an absolute miserable card against them. |

| Not sure I like the Terramorphic Expanses in aggro.... Kind of dampens your tempo, but the mana base is hard.... I would rather play the ping lands. Like Sulufous Springs and shit. |

Yea, after debating, I found that the positives greatly outway the negatives.
Negatives
-On some draws it can slow the deck down a turn
Positives
-Fixes Manabase
-Pumps Goyf
-Pumps Countryside Crusher
-Allows you to not have to run 8 painlands and ping yourself to death |

| Because not only are Bitterblossom and Tarmogoyf much more powerful and better cards than their red-brotheren. Also the sideboard becomes a great tool which is of great importance in today's metagame. Black opens up spot removal against other creature decks that RDW may otherwise stuggle against as well as provide Thoughtseize against matchups like Big Mana and Revellairk. Green provides the ability to take out such current Type2 staples as Bitterblossom, Loxodon Warhammer, Teferi's Moat, and even Dragon's Claw in the mirror matches all the while pumping your Goyf. |

| I know its been said before but. If you kick green and play straight rb, your mana base becomes beatuful,(your maybe even able to add more mutavaults) and instead of goyf you could play oonas prowler. I know its not a goyf, but evasion + 3/1 isnt something to sneeze at. The Seals arent realy needed in sideboard, you can just play artifact hate instead since almost noone plays Teferis moat(and with black fliers you dont even care). And defenetly play shadow guildmage, hes a great 1 drop. And think about stuff like 1-2 mirri the cursed and dauthi slayers their both great. If you fear tarmogoyf to mutch add Shriemaws. I think a straight br deck would be better, i maybe play it for some games. |

Magus of the Scroll sucks. Especially with Countryside Crusher. Play something else. Like Karplusan Wolverine, Mogg War-Marshall or even Blood Knight.
Gemstone Mine is better than Terramorphic Expanse. In addition to providing the colour you want straight away, and eventually feeding Goyf, it also fixes your screwed up basic land numbers. The land thinning doesn't matter the first half of your library, and by then you should have won with a deck like this. |

| i dont really like black in this deck,u should try the red green list, with sulfurous blast, its awsome, remove all blockers for tarmo and crusher to swing. also if u r to worry about fixers, u can use edge of autumn, is also a combat trick for crusher, pumping it while ur tapped |

the problem with edge seems kinda obvious 1 he is aggro
2 he is going for most likley G or B and u need G to play the spell |

Because then the deck becomes a Countryside Crusher deck, and that is not good enough. |

| The RG version is probably more solid, I dunno though, block giving access to Terror against bigger men and killin Tarmo against Big Mana as well as Thoughtseize making the match-ups against control much better. And well, Bitterblossom, is probably the best card in Standard right now outside of Reveillark. |
