yes.
here it is step by step:
1. have both cephalid illusionist and shuko in play
2. Target Illusionist with shuko's 'equip' ability
3. Illusionist's 'becomes the target of a spell or ability put the top three cards of your graveyard into your library' ability triggers, and mills your top 3 cards
4. shuko's ability resolves and shuko becomes equipped to illusionist.
5. target illusionist with shuko again, and again as needed. each time milling your top 3.
the key here is that you can still use shuko's equip ability to target the illusionist even tho it is already 'equipped' |

| Everytime Illusionist is targeted it mills the top 3 cards of your library. So you just equip it with Shuko mill 3 cards and repeat until you get tired of it. It usually mills some Necromebas then you Dread Return something game winning. |

| you dont need 2 creatures if u did the combo would be terrible, but u need 2 creatures if u use lightning greaves to try and equip. |

Technically you only need to show the combo three times, then choose number between and one and infinity, or in this case, when your library is in your graveyard.

This is not.
Unless, of course, you want to equip Shuko between 2 Cephalid Illusionsists.  |
