ok this is kinda a multi question so I will seperate it
but the senario is that I have manabarbs in play..
1. Can my opponent put manabarbs trigger on the stack?
2. Can I put manabarbs trigger on the stack?
3. If I was at 2 life and my opponent was 3 and I play incinerate.. but respond to the manabarbs trigger is it a draw game? Or do I win?

also in tournament environment do I stop the player when he has a plainswalker in play because normally I redirect it to the plainswalker but would I get some penalty for not saying anything? or is it the players fault for not letting me redirect 1 dammage at time?

Manabarbs doesn't deal damage to plainswalkers and there is no way to redirect damage from a player to a plainswalker.

The last post was a very thinly veiled hint, btw. Please don't make me spell it out for you.

Assuming you float the mana and in response to the triggers play Incinerate you win.

Planeswalker, not plainswalker.

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking but I hope this covers it: You control the source of the triggered ability, so you control the triggered ability, so you can redirect the damage from Manabarbs to their Planeswalker if they tap a land for mana.

Graceful Antelope + Pariah = redirecting damage from a player to a plainswalker.
