7 damage for 5 mana is definitely overpowered, even without the madness ability, which makes it even stronger.
Compare to: Lava Axe, Consuming Bonfire, Pyrotechnics.
A more likely version would be:
5RR
7 damage divided as you choose
Madness: 2RRR |

Akroma's Memorial is better. Unless you play that 3G sorcery that gives you all colours, it is unlikely that you can play it. |
