fucking broken imo.. unlimited terror/think twice. with coalition relic its easily playable too

While I'm not sure how I feel about the card as a whole, I do like the trick you've pulled to make the card able to cost 6UB, or 4UGW, etc. Seems effective.

the only ability that is broken is the 2 life for a mana ability, although its not a spell it helps ext and legacy dredge a whole ton. Ps actually this is a lot like horde of nations because you pay 5 to play say shreikmaw from grave or mulldrifter.
