Brimstone Blast deals 5 damage divided any way you choose
to any number of target creatures and/or players.
Bleed Lightning

Sorcery
Target creature gains trample and haste until end of turn.
At end of turn sacrifice it. Whenever this creature is put into a graveyard from play this turn, it deals damage equal to its power to target creature or player.
Anger of the Land
RRR
Instant
Anger of the Land deals damage equal to the number of lands you control to target creature or player.
Coal Elemental

Creature - Elemental
When Coal Elemental comes into play, add RR to your mana pool.

Hmm.. let's say we build a deck of 46 Plague Gnats, and 14 Swamps. Assuming are draw, playing first is this:
Swamp, Swamp, Plague Gnat x 5.
I play a swamp and drop 5 0/5 creatures with flying. EOT, I sacrifice one and now I have one 1/5 creature with flying and 3 0/4 creatures. On my turn, I draw another Gnat, and play a swamp and a Gnat. I pay 2 and sacrifice 2 Gnats giving me a 3/7 flyer and 3 0/4 flyers and zero cards in hand. I attack for 3. Turn 3, I draw a swamp, play it, and sacrifice my 3 0/4 Gnats and make my remaining Gnat 6/7 flying with no cards in hand. I have put all my eggs in one basket to bring out a 6/7 black flyer on turn three. This is a fast start, but is it strong enough to stand up in constructed? I have 3 lands and a 6/7 with no cards, making me very susceptible to certain cards like unsummon or boomerang. Also, this start assumes the fastest possible draw. |

Hmm, make Glimpse of Nature constructed worthy? Unthinkable . Seriously though, would cards would you use to support a Glimpse of Nature/Plague Gnat engine? |

I like the flavour of this card as a twin to Anger of the Land. Yes it is strictly worse than most counters in the three slot, but still, it's probably not quite erosion bad. |

Dude, the problem with the gnats is creature pump. Coat of Arms is probably too expensive, but a 3rd turn Shared Animosity or 2nd turn Bad Moon, or Even Thrumming Stone or Coat of arms is ridiculously hilarious. Hell, even Door of Destinies looks good with this nonsense. Not to mention Enduring Renewal, Whee!
Of course Glimpse of Nature is unfair, but that's extended. |

| The problem with this set your making as a whole with out some savage mana fixing with the mana demands of most cards its gonna be all mono coloured decks. |

| The 3/1 haste guy for RR is over the curve. It could be a 2/2 for RR, but red doesn't get 3 power for RR without a drawback. |
