Shadowmoor will be part of lorwyn?
I am a causal average player but I usually prefer draft & block constructed formats over T2. Usually Blocks are made of one main set plus two expansion sets. At least that is to my best understanding. But now Lorwyn will have only one expansion and so will Shadowmoor after lorwyn.

In terms of draft Lorwyn and shadowmoor will be consider two different blocks as you can read in this article:
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=mtgcom/daily/mr288 (look for How exactly is limited going to work?)

But I don’t understand how block constructed will work. I would like to know if on block constructed they will be considered different blocks. I wonder because in the same article when explaining standard format it looks like Lorwyn and shadowmoor will go in and out of standard as if they were the same block. Maybe is me but I think is a little confusing.

They are considered part of the same block for block constructed. As for limited, I have no idea.

If you can find the article pertaining to it, and I'll look for it later, it is clearly stated that the four sets in "Lorwyn Block" would all be part of the same block tournament-wise, if not flavor-wise, and each would have its own storyline, independent of the other (that part is speculation, I think..don't remember).

I think it said how limited would work, but as I hate limited, I didn't pay much attention there.

Edit: that IS the article..just read it. :\

block contrsucted season will have all 4 sets (lorwyn/morningtide and shadowmoor/eventide) they are considered different blocks but its as if they all form 1 big block and 2 smaller blocks. limited will be for draft LLM and for sealed LMM and once shadowmoor comes out limited will be SSS until eventide comes out then it will be drafted as SSE.

read the article posted it explains everything, heres how limited and contstructed will work for u lazy people

How exactly is limited going to work?

For the purposes of limited the Lorwyn and "Jelly" blocks are treated like two distinct blocks. For example, here's how draft will work.

Lorwyn comes out: Lorwyn / Lorwyn / Lorwyn
Morningtide comes out: Lorwyn / Lorwyn / Morningtide
"Jelly" comes out: "Jelly" / "Jelly" / "Jelly"
"Doughnut" comes out: "Jelly" / "Jelly" / "Doughnut"

If you want to try out Lorwyn / Morningtide / "Jelly" or Lorwyn / Morningtide / "Jelly" / "Doughnut" no one's going to stop you (and personally I think they might be fun), but these will be the Limited formats Organized Play supports.

So how exactly is Constructed going to work?

This is where things get a little strange. For purposes of Constructed you want to think of the two mini-blocks as one über-block. This means that, one, the Lorwyn mini-block and the "Jelly" mini-block will rotate out of formats at the same time. Time Spiral, for instance, will rotate out of Standard when "Rock" (the block after Lorwyn and "Jelly" is codenamed "Rock" / "Paper" / "Scissors") rotates in, not when "Jelly" rotates in. And two, Lorwyn, Morningtide, "Jelly" and "Doughnut" will all be together in the same Block Constructed format.

well in the draft case you can draft minimun of 2 booster so i think you can do lor mor sha and evi in a draft
but for the to be use as a block constructed i really have no idea but ill be cool to use them all in a block deck

I am pretty sure with the card previews a nice UB faerie discard deck would be sick, got draw/discard and still have your wennie flying tokens w/ oona wizard *new* and bitterblossom plus every card seems to mesh well with it
