Yes, despite your imperious perfect and at the momment you have it at your pool, and you´re willing to use it at your deck, I would forget about G. Imperious Perfect is good, but its the only thing you got there. Besides, your number of changeling will be only enough if you do R, and as you said yourself, your R inst good enough. W is the best you got, Smell of courage and some ok critters makes the mana curve very consistent. Your U aint that good either, but you need some fliers and tricks, and thats what you have here. The weakness at U is the mana curve, which makes it hard to splash B there, because many cards require UU costs and stuff. You have some in B that could be splashed with a better curve, but still it wont save, or saved you most of times. Shierkaw is a good card but Im pretty sure thats all you got there as well. In my opinion the best choice would be WU, so you could prevent your U weakness from making your deck´s mana curve even more unbalaced. I just want to help, and I hope I did |

by 'he' u mean me. ive got the freakin pool bro and i played 7 rounds with that pile.
and uve overlooked the runed stalactite. ive got more than just 3 archers. any of em can be an archer.
and swell of courage is just sick with a runed stalactice-d creature and greatbow doyen in play. |

| the thing is neither white or green are strong enough to carry you for 7 rounds. the guy who gave the only 3 white cards thought it meant it was strong enough to run. and it's hard to rely on an equipment to help imperfect or archers. i'm still surprised people would play white without any guys over red that gives you tricks and bigger, better guys. |

Ok so do you expect to overcome your foe´s deck with a few changeling, the worst equipment from the set and a single good card in G and that target archer critter type since u got none, only itself?? That would be generally a bad idea.
About R, Its only me, but where is that plenty of great stuff u mentioned here?? I looked for the 40th time at the sealed pool and cant find it
Again, I have to tell you, its not a coincidence that most of the people here voted for WU deck. Its the only good stuff with decent mana curve we have here. |

yeah i guess i understand what u r trying to say. blue has a few solid critters that could stand on its own compared to green that has some bombs but loads of subpar filler cards. i guess then it boils down to personal preference.
you emphasize have more importance on consistency with creatures and therefore go with the more reliant blue whilst i love bombs and decided to go with green. lets face it ; who wouldnt call imperious perfect a bomb? if not dealt with, it could win games on its own.
and one might argue that 'its just gonna eat removal anyway'. yes i agree with that. its just gonna eat removal anyway. but thats y u have footbottom feast to get the extra mile out of your guys over and over (barring something stupid like wort and tarfires) and ur opponent is one removal down.
and believe me Femt, i have given both colors the longest 20 minutes thought i could ever muster. and i respect ur opinion on UWb being the better build (and i somehow agree with that because i personally think my GWb build was very inconsistent) but i prolly made the decision to go GWb in the end built just because it maximizes the number of bombs in my deck albeit playing with loads of subpar cards in the deck. and sealed is generally a slower format compared to draft hence allowing bombs to get a chance to function before anything terrible happens. having said that, i might (or might not) have done better with the UWb build, no one knows for sure but i guess its the path that leads up to the conclusion that matters and not the conclusion itself.
jared : i think my evaluation of red cards might be slightly skewed. please enlighten me on the positive attributes of my red cards in my pool by specifically mentioning the cards that u think is a must-play in ur opinion? |
