After the hype wears down, it'll settle at 8-10. It's obviously nuts in a deck that can reliably put it down untapped, but otherwise its just a slightly better CiPT land, and the original CiPT lands don't see play, for good reason.

It'll see alot of play in extended..... as a 1 of, which immediately kills it from hitting double digits in price. The fact that it's only reliably limited to 1-2 decktypes in current standard, which also features several chase rares (doran, thoughtseize, Profane Command, Tarmogoyf) which will limit how much it's played, and will keep the price down. Mutavault is the chase money card o the set, beinga 4 of in any 2 color or mono colored deck, and as a 4 or couple of in many 3-5 color decs.

13-15 for right now... expect it to drop to around 8 relatively soon.
