Fertilid comes into play with two +1/+1 counters on it.
1 ManaGreen Mana, Remove a +1/+1 counter from Fertilid: Target player searches his or her library for a basic land card and puts it into play tapped. Then that player shuffles his or her library.
If you force another player to search their libary for a basic land or anything
Can they op to fail to search? since it is their own libary? (private zone) |

I am almost sure that the opponent MUST search his library.
He still may choose to find nothing tho. |

| He has to search and shuffle, but he doesn't have to find anything. Any search that looks for a specific kind of card can fail. |
