hmmmmmm...
why is Crucible in there? You dont run wastelands and usually if someone kills a factory its a Swords.
Switch that for Trinisphere since Legacy are Vintage are the format where it rules.
Also...
This changes your deck somewhat but...
When I see Garruk and think 1.5...then see you're playing blue...theirs a WAAAAAAY better card than Standstill...
Try Stasis...
Goes a lot further than Standstill...well you do but you're opponent doesn't.
I mean why are you running Standstill anyway? Postpone them? To buy time for what? Get loads of little flying bastards? Cycling decks do that but excel over yours because they have other win conditions.
I dunno. Test it is all I can say. |

You obviously aren't very familiar with Landstill. The idea is that you wipe the board with Wrath or something, then drop a Standstill and swing with your man-lands since your opponent won't be able to do anything without giving you three cards. And you don't need to play anything because your win condition will be on the board.
On topic. The deck should be using Faerie Conclave and/or Treetop Village. Relying on Factory or Garruk tokens isn't a strong enough strategy. And I mentioned WoG before, play it. I would drop the Humility and Life/Death. The Tutors aren't necessary either, you should play an additional Standstill instead. Good luck with the deck.

| If you run stasis, try running mana short. |

| If you run Stasis, run Turnabout and Reset. And then you can even go Opposition, Merrow Commerce and a bunch of merfolk. Obviously, that works better with Static Orb. |

i know Landstill...
but that list he posted has only 1 thing in common with Landstill and thats Crucible and the fact it runs Standstill
Where's the Wraths? Treetops? Conclaves? Or even a Geddon?
Anyway, I like Stasis more. Soon as I read what Garruk did I thought about Stasis. |

| Why not just go mono-blue and run jace? +2, both draw a card, pitch yours to untap forsaken city and simply mill them out. |
