+1: Return target nonland permanent to it's owner's hand.
-4: Return all creatures to their owner's hand.
-7: Gain control of all nonland permanents target player controls. At the end of turn, return them to their owner's hand.

Starting Loyalty: 3

I don't believe all the third abilities should be game winning, however I do believe they should be big.

Planeswalker - 2UB

+1 Draw a card, and discard a card from your hand

-1 Search your library for a creature card and put it into your graveyard

-4 Remove target creature card in your graveyard from the game. ~ Becomes a copy of that creature and loses its abilities until end of turn.

Starting Loyalty [3]

Demands a response w/o winning outright. That's what a PW is.

Wow....yea, um, anyone wanna put this guy in a deck with Kraj..? *Shrug* I would, but maybe that's just me.

+1: You and your opponents each choose a creature with converted mana cost 4 or less and put it into play without paying its mana cost. It gains haste until end of turn.
-1: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
-5: Put a 5/5 green and blue Elemental creature named Karaj's Cohort into play. Move all +1/+1 counters on creatures you control onto Karaj's Cohort.

Loyalty 2

Will possibly post the actual card when I get the chance to make it.
