Taxing attackers

Im looking for a list of cards that work like propaganda, and tax creatures that are attacking you.

Im trying to make a multiplayer deck that uses Fumiko the Lowblood to force attacking, and propaganda effects to discurage attacking me.

So any help would be appreciated, colour doesnt mater, although white is prefured

Also, any effects that mirror Fumiko's ability, where opponents have to attack every turn would be awsome too

Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, Elephant Grass, Collective Restraint... off the top of my head

Cover of Winter, Solitary Confinement, Moat and Magus of the Moat deal with the problem too. Energy Field also works similarly, but in blue.

i like mesmiric orb for white, since white has most access to vigilance.

If you go the Mesmeric Orb way, you can also play Crumbling Sanctuary to deck out your opponent really fast and give yourself some time. You have to be careful though because some decks thrive on their graveyard.

Hissing Miasma (spelling) seems like it would be good as well.

Mostly what I want to do with this deck is get to a critical mass of blazing archon with fumiko out, where everyone has to attack every turn, but they cant attack me.

I just think it would be awsome for a 5+ person multiplayer table, loads of fun when you cant keep blockers back
