Basicly everything with the 'old' layout on the cards rotates out(exception to this is, ofcourse, the timeshifted purple cards), so extended will be all in the 'new' layout, so mirrodin/8th onwards.

But that shouldn't bother you right now, so like everybody said, just read up on it, watch the PT Valencia t8 clips, play a lot, and you should be fine.
