I attack with Treetop Village and he blocks with Phyrexian Ironfoot. I play Incinerate before damage. Can I trample for 2?

Let's say he blocks with a Stuffy Doll instead of Ironfoot. Again I Incinerate the blocker. Can I trample for 3?

The way trample works is that you have to assign lethal damage to the creature before you assign the trample damage. In the first case lethal damage to the ironfoot it 1 so you would hit for 2.
In the second case stuffy doll is indistructable so even after the incenerate hits when treetop goes to assign damage it has to assign one damage to the stuff.

Lets get the dictionary out, shall we?

hypothetical
A adjective
1 hypothetical, hypothetic
based on hypothesis; "a hypothetical situation"; "the site of a hypothetical colony"

He just wants to know how trample works. If you can't be polite and/or at least answer the question, just don't post.

Yes, both your examples are correct. A trampling creature has to assign what is called lethal damage to all blocking creatures, the rest can be assigned to the defending player. Lethal damage = toughness - damage already taken. A 3/4 with three damage will thus only have to be assigned 1 damage and an indestructible 0/1 with two damage will not have to be assigned any damage at all.

No, it doesn't. It'll be a 0/1 with two damage on it. Therefor, lethal damage has already been dealt to it. That that fails to destroy it doesn't change this (nor remove the damage).

Yes, that is, sadly, the downside of freedom of speech. But as Voltaire said (and I'm paraphrasing now):

'I may think you're an idiot and disagree with what you say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it'

HHH1, while you certainly do have the ability to post what, when and where you want to, there are rules. If you can't/won't abide by the rules, certain measures can be taken to remove your posting privileges.
