You apply the effects in the order they happened. Final Fortune resolved first, you take the next turn, then Time Walk resolved, your opponent takes the next turn. So your opponent takes a second turn, then you get two turns in a row. You're better off playing it at the end of your opponent's turn in that scenario.

You crazy? Sac goblin and deal 5 damage for R? That card and Hymn saved Fallen Empires from being another Homelands.

Its a very very efficient card that's saved me in a lot of games.

i was always a fan of the 2x final fortune. if you draw it... cool.
it really only fits in sligh or other beatdown- not in burn. burn wants to deal 3-6-6-6 damage. that's already 7 out of 10 cards. then topdeck. FF does not work. it's quite solid with skyshroud elite, kird ape, tarmogoyf, in play.
