what do you think about vindicate instead of threads?? it is good in non aggro mu too and you have only to change the manabase a little bit...

no way, the base of the deck UG, the rest is only splashed.
If you want to run a WB spell, then you need to totally rework the manabase. And it will have a cost (more lands needed).
Dosn't worth it imo.

The lands have as many green sources as black ones as white ones and the md also runs as many black cards as green ones.

IMHO you can run vindicate instead of threads.

The trouble is sometimes you end up with u/w/b lands and you're holding cb/counterspell and that sucks =b

I'm going to try it both ways and see what I like.

I am guessing Mono-red with Blood Moon or Magus of the Moon, wasn't an issue since he is running a total of 7 basics.

I honestly do not see why he would run the deck this way, 3 Sensai's seems unneeded, no removal, Chrome Mox to accel into what?

I just don't get it. I love seeing Counterbalence getting up there but I just don't get why run it this way.

wtf lol

yes top sucks badly in counterbalance

and for all the ppl saying "yeah he got lucky, everyone got sometime"
he's soooooooooo good

just that he for example forgets to use counterbalance when it's in play ( him not knowing his top cards ) against a 3 cc card ; twice!? forgetting to attack, asking for takeback and all that in a pt t8, hmmm... ( there were a few more things )
