Short Answer:Yes


Long Answer:Rules change that boils down to creatures with */* have p/t defined in all zones.

lol! Just wanted to be sure. Because I looked at Sutured Ghoul in the gatherer and it doesn't have anything saying that creatures with */* count has the stats they would have in play.

Yes creatures with */* for P/T are checked in all zones. So now Wild Pair works for searching */* as long as it's a match for the triggering creature.

so mortivore and magnivore feeds sutured soul as well....

Yes, Mortivore and Magnivore boost a Sutured Ghoul too. And if more sorceries or creatures go to the graveyard the Ghoul will even grow larger too.
