become a judge

Do I have to be a judge?
If so, how do I become a judge?
As a judge, will I still be able to participate in other tournaments?

To run tournaments that count for ratings, you have to be a judge yes, to become one you have t take the judge test. If you want to take the judge test, you need to be in this league for 60 days, and have played at least 2 tournaments.
As a judge you will always be able to participate in tournaments, also the minis that you run yourself.
