prize money sent to anywhere in the world?

I was just wondering how the prize money gets sent to anywhere in the world.

Prizes for the masters are not credit or direct money, but cards for the amount of money that you won. You choose the cards, and the store to buy from and we send it to you, wherever you live.

do we pay shipping? Can I choose a store in my country? If so where is the exchange ratio from US$ to local currency taken from? Does it have to be boosters or can it be single cards?

any store that uses paypal and any cards
of course the exchange rate has to be applied
and you must pay the shipping of the award

Ok, so it would REALLY be nice if someone could tell me how much prize money I get for third place in the last article contest (I've written a post and two mail already), and where I mail my card and shop choices, since no-one ever seems to respond to mails to the adresses given under "Contact Us"...
