I don't play a lot of constructed, but this idea came to me and I haven't seen it anywhere, so I figured I'd see what you guys think of it. I've tested it a little bit and it seems to do ok.

The general idea is to use Sunken Hope to screw with the other guy's board while you're getting extra cards with Coiling Oracle and countering lots of spells with Mystic Snake. Teachings seemed like a good idea with all the Flash guys. I'm no master deckbuilder so the rest of it is pretty much just thrown together.

// Lands
4 [10E] Yavimaya Coast
4 [DIS] Breeding Pool
3 [10E] Treetop Village
5 [RAV] Forest (4)
8 [RAV] Island (2)

// Creatures
2 [TSP] Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir
1 [PLC] Ana Battlemage
4 [DIS] Coiling Oracle
2 [FUT] Venser, Shaper Savant
3 [TSP] Riftwing Cloudskate
4 [TSB] Mystic Snake
4 [10E] Birds of Paradise
1 [TSP] Draining Whelk

// Spells
3 [10E] Sunken Hope
3 [DIS] Simic Signet
1 [10E] Evacuation
1 [PLC] Pongify
4 [RAV] Remand
3 [TSP] Mystical Teachings

I can't come up with many ideas for the sideboard except more Pongify.
