Some of my friends said I was crazy to make a straight blue deck nowadays, but I figured what the hell. Threw this together with a little guidance from some of my friends:

it counters everything relevant in the format!
i think you should play chrome mox or something and drop compulsive research and play thirst for knowledge instead, its instand speed which is amazing
also you should play vedalken shackles

out of curiosity, are you just a T2 player shifting formats?

Forbid is better then cancel. Sounds like you are going to need some medalions 3-4 would be great. Also Rainbow Effreet is good if you have no Morphlings. You should post an updated list with the changes.

You forgot the Man-O-War on the sb. Also I played Disk in the main. As a 4 of it is better WoG in some ways but not as good for removal. I would not even play Mono U without 3-4 main.
