vielstone amulet

hello if i control a vielstone amulet and cast a ukitabi drake will the drake be able to be the target of spells or abilities my opponent controls for the rest of the turn?

Veilstone Amulet triggers when you play the spell and thus the trigger goes on top of the spell on the stack and resolves first. Therefor all your creatures will becomes untargettable first and then the Uktabi Drake comes into play. Since only creatures that are in play when the ability resolves are untargettable, it will be targettable.
