Today, I've been cheated out of my rating points, but that's not the indignant part, it was the way it was done and my treatment on behalf of the staff;

In today's T1 mini I'm playing the final match, game 3 (I won the second) where I have control over the board, then my opponent suddenly disconnects, I waited for the usual 10 minutes and then more to no avail, I then send a message to the Tournament Coordinator explaining my victory.

Apparently the TC was not nearby to address this event and I have other issues to attend, so I leave expecting the matter to be of easy resolution. My expectations didn't come true, however, as later I went to check the results only to notice a discrepancy. I went to the judges' channel to explain my situation, I was told, in an arrogant manner, to wait for the TC to come back (He was in the channel, just not present) and I complied.

Half an hour later the TC started talking in the channel, I tried to contact him (It wasn't possible for him to not see somebody tried to talk to him, and no, it wasn't a script talking for him) for 5 whole minutes until he responded in a violent tone (It was undeniable that we was willingly avoiding me) and asked me what I wanted. I replied by explaining the match and for him to fix the results, to which he responded negatively and said I "had to wait longer" while a judge who hadn't even been in the channel for the whole conversation blindly agreed, I attempted to explain how I should've had to wait more than half an hour to something that according to the rules is automatically solved after 10 minutes. I was kicked from the channel...

Puzzled, I spoke around for advice and, while at it, was told that the TC and my opponent are close friends and have an history of doing these sort of trickery. Annoyed at the whole thing, I waited to contact a higher level judge that I was told was helpful. As soon as he connected I did the only thing I could do, I whistled for a cab and when it came near, the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror, if anything I can say this cab is rare but I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Bel Air.' I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later,' I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air.

The forums isn't really the place to deal with this.

you must not have seen these too often -_- Calling out someone isn't exactly the best thing to do here, he just needs to contact the judge director to get it resolved.

This is a perfect example of a forum post which holds no value at all. To explain things:

we received no email from you.
with this name there are no matches played at all.
you seem to blame the staff as well in this for no reason.

As said above if you have an issue email it. No reason to add the email address here either since it has already been posted.
