a player has to spend the 2 green during precombat main phase right
peole keep sayin they can use it during second main phase and i say no and then they leave....
grrr... |

It says right on the card, "At the beginning of each players precombat main phase..."
If someone quits because they're too lazy to read the card, don't worry, you probably didn't want to play against them anyway.  |

Tell them to read the part of the Comprehensive Rules regarding mana burn. I'm too lazy to look up the actual rule number myself.  |

You're right. Mana burn is at end of each phase, not turn. If you have it in play and they enter the combat step, they take 2 burn. |
