Lemme know what this deck does for you. The intervention pacts work well with the Molten disaster. This deck is doing really well for me. If it inspires you, try it out.
Its got a coupls other little combos... Serra Avenger and Lightning Angel work well with the Prismatic Wards. And of course the Magus of the Tabrenacle w/ Boom/Bust is great. The angels are great in the format against pickles.

3 Molten Disaster
2 Intervention Pact
4 Prismatic Lens
4 Coalition Relic
3 Boom// Bust
3 Magus of the Tabrnacle
4 Lightning Angel
2 Serra Avenger
4 Foresee
3 Desolation Giant
3 Extirpate

Land:
4 Desert
4 Terramorphic Expanse
3 Flagstones of Trokair
4 Plains
1 Island
8 Mountain

SB:
3 Imperial Mask
3 Temporal Isolation

Lemme get this straight you are playing 3 extirpate with 0 swamps to find with terramorphic and only relics to play them. Man they are gonna be dead all the time.

Desert is too inefficient for 3 colour. Go with Gemstone Mine or some Future Sight duals.

The Extirpates are not just played with the coalition relics. They are easily played with Prismatic Lens as well.. They are never dead cards.

nonetheless your mana base is real weak... put 1 swamp instead of 1 mountain. Kick the 3 flagstones and play the uw dual from fs, kick the 4 deserts for more colored mana. I am not a fan of intervention Pact seems like you just hope to draw them you have no real way to get this synergy and it istn realy strong... Maybe Replace them with another Desolation Giant. BTW iam not a fan of Magus of the Tabernacle why not just play magus of the moat hes better Or just Teferis Moat which is Also very effectiv. You need more Spot Removal or you just going to die. Maybe Some SLaughter pacts and Temporal Isolation. Or some burn what about Psionic Blast which seems fine in this deck. I feel like this deck is a bit like angelfire in standart maybe take a look at the angelfire lists and find good replacements... Thats all for now, i hope i could help.

Edit: Desolation ist a very weak version of wrath of god, why not just play damnation and go more into black, Your already 4 Color so it seems fine.
