So Im guessing this is a fairly common problem for magic players, but how do yall organize your commons and uncommons, I tried just seperating by colors, but when Im building a deck it takes forever to find the card im looking for, so I tried by color and format and Im having problems with that to, rotaions and such are a pain in the ass. basically, Im asking if anyone can help me and explain how their collection is aranged.
Thanks |

| I believe our collection (I share it w/ two other friends) is organized firstly by color, then by set, then by common or uncommon. We could group cards together...but that just takes too much and uncommons like to group themselves anyway. |

| I basically just keep all tournament worthy cards (rare/uncommon/common) in a huge binder, everything else I put in boxes by set. (I only play t2/block for constructed, it be a little harder to do this for extended) |

I had one large cardboard card box with three rows for "junk" commons/uncommons. And a one-row box with revelant commons, uncommons, and rares I wasn't trading as well as ample basic lands. Most of my rares were in my trade binder. Junk rares were in deck boxes I think. If I ever had too many, I'd roll them over to the junk box, and if that started getting packed, I'd pick a bunch from it to throw out.
Tho if I started playing irl magic again, I'd buy singles, never packs, and I'd never trade... so I guess organization wouldn't be an issue. |

| I just separate com/unc and put in different boxes of each set because I always buy the fat pack the boxes I keep the unc by set and color and the com just threw it in other box for every set. |
