I doubt this works. Its just math, you play so many 1,2,3-offs,it just CANT work. How can you play only 3 Fountaines?White Magus? What about Wrath of god?And i dont know why you play coalition relic, but no signets. And what has Lumingrid Warden to do in a t2 deck?
I had Draftdecks which could beat that.

This deck would be interesting if Chronosavant was a mage Wink you should run more mages for the lock and wrath to sweep the board, some card advantage(not selection) but compulsive would be great, the relics are out of place, the magus of the disk seems ok, magus of the moat should be in, teferi.... a lot of work Wink

UW decks running Law should be running Spell burst to put a lock on the opponent...

Reminds me of my old Arcane Laboratory + Forbid (with squee!) deck. It was fun to play, but never got to finish (due to opponents constantly conceding.

I think the idea's right. I was bullshitting some similar builds earlier. Spiketail Drakelings/Hatchlings, the Voidmage, Martyr's of Frost (still not sure if Coldsnap'll be T2 legal after Rav rotates), and Venser w/Momentary Blink, which is amazing. Teferi, too. Teferi and Rule of Law's nice.

Rune Snags too.
