this deck is pretty effective. every game i've played i've gotten my opponent down to 2-3 life.

basically this deck cannot finish.

it can control a bit but always loses in the end...well usually

well...here it is

lands
2 island
2 forest
1 mountain
1 swamp
1 plains
4 terramorphic expanse
2 saltcrusted steppe
3 horizon canopy
4 gemstone mine

creatures
2 akroma, angel of wrath
3 bonded fetch
3 looter il kor
3 mystc enforcer
1 dreamscape artist
4 tarmogoyf
4 keldon marauders

spells
4 search for tommorow
2 dread return
4 careful consideration
2 boom//bust
2 slaughter pact
2 diabolic tutor

artifacts
4 coalition relic

before you say stuff like "sucks" and such...try it out...most of the time it gets the mana base.
it does not run too many doubles so all you need is 1 of each which is easy to do.

some the cards could be different but i'm not sure which

CONSTRUCIVE criticism only please

Always getting the opponent down to 2-3 life doesn't make your deck effective, because it means you always lose. That's terribly ineffective, and it's because of your deck's ridiculous lack of focus. I mean, Keldon Marauders is the worst card ever for that deck, maybe you meant Gathan Raiders? I hope so, because the deck looks absolutely awful. I'm sorry. Diabolic Tutor isn't even legal in TSBC.

Your deck is trying to achieve too many things. First of all, the red is pretty pointless to have in there. The Marauders aren't the best if you don't play more aggressive creatures to pump pressure with them, and Boom/Bust will hurt just as much, if not more, than it will hurt your opponent. I also think the black is pretty pointless too. The Slaughter Pacts can be replaced by Snapback, and Diabolic Tutor isn't even in Time Spiral block. Additionally, Prismatic Lens is a great mana fixer.
