I think the deck needs Phyrexian Totem.
5/5's are important in this meta (mainly because they can evade a Sudden Shock), but a 5/5 that's Damnation Proof (unless you turn it into a creature on purpose :p) is just priceless. Also, I think the Weatherseed Totems should be maindecked (at least a couple). They are acceleration even if you don't have the time to activate them and bash.

What to remove for them is another matter. That decklist seems really tight. I think I'd opt for removing The Twisted Abominations. Not that they're bad, but they're probably the better choice for this sub.

I'd go
- 4 Twisted Abominations
+ 2 Phyrexian Totem
+ 2 Weatherseed Totem

I dont like magus of the library in the same deck running damnation... maybe replace them with search for tommorow, also helps color fixing. I would still keep wall of roots cause it helps vs aggro and will die anyway at some point.
