I created this list and tried it in a pair of matches, but it seemed solid. The Target of the deck is to cast Prismatic Lens on turn2, Coalition Relic on turn3, Damnation + Cancel/Tolaria(transmute for Urborg, Factory, Academy Ruins) on turn4, then on turn5 you can:
- cast Triskelavus supported with Academy Ruins
- start tapping-out for Urza's Factory
- cast Take Possession on a dangerous permanent
- cast teferi's moat and see what your opponent will do (against monoRed you'll have already won, against GW you'll only have to put all your attention on Griffin Guide or Serra Avenger)
- cast Akroma
- suspend a Chronicler with 4 counters on it
- etc...

It's fun to play, and I think it can be competitive too with some good tweaks...

Any suggestions?

a) you didn't really create this deck, coalition based big mana decks have been around sinse...it was spoiled basically.

b)Look at Ruel's deck (i forgot which one) it was a LOT greedier on the mana base. With 4x lens 4x relic 4x expanse you can play 5 colours easily. Also you need more win conditions.
