2 Questions:

1. Do Dormant and Frenetic Sliver's abilities Stack?

2. If Venser is in play, when i play a 2nd one can i "Remand" a spell before the legend rule takes affect or do they die immediatly?

1. Clarify question. Dormant's ability is triggered and Frenetic's is activated and both use stack.

2. Yes, the ability will trigger anyway.

What I think you mean is 'when a Sliver returns from its little vacation to the RFG zone because you won a coin flip, will you get to draw a card from the abilty of Dormant Sliver?'

If that was the question, then yes, it came into play, therefor it will trigger and you will get to draw a card.

They will be put in the graveyard immediately. Even before the triggered ability of Venser is put on the stack. That doesn't mean the ability won't be put on the stack, though. The triggered ability will go on the stack and will resolve normally, not caring wether or not Venser is still in play.

Clarifications: (Sorry it was late and my questions were shakey)

My actual question was, If i have 2 Dormant Slivers in play and i play a sliver do i draw 1 or 2 cards?

2nd I forgot about the sacrafice stipulations on frenetic, so disreguard that question.

you draw 2 times because the sliver has the ability 2 times (that applies in all abilities slivers give each other, but some as the one from Two-Headed or Gemhide don't affect the game if there's one or two->Sidewinder Sliver would give 2 flanking, what is -2/-2)

ya some stack some dont. Like gemhide's does; if you have 2 in play slivers tap for 2 manas. My level 1337 judge told me so.

Don't be telling the boy lies! Activated abilities are never cumulative.

On the other side, triggered abilities always are.

The tricky ones are static abilities, which can go either way.

WRONG! my level 1337 judge (his name is Kenji Hoaen, you can email him at kenjihoaen@gmail.com) told me about it. You have 2 instances of "T: add any mana to your pool" so you use the first, then in response use the second. your dude taps twice when the dust settles, falling off the board and dying, but you get your 2 manas.

actually coolcreep.....hardtrack is right
activated abilities don't work like that
each sliver would gave the activated ability "T: add one mana of any color to your mana pool" not "T: add one mana of any color to your pool for every gemhide in play"........it isnt cumulative
as for what you said about tapping twice you cant do that
and who knows what you meant about the dust settling and your sliver dying because it used an activated ability

Yeah, that's all nice and fun, but people will take your answer seriously. It's better not to mess around to much with people when answering rules questions.
