Good deck against most of the meta:
2 Horizon canopy
7 Forest
1 Pendlehaven
2 Plains
4 Terramorphic Expanse
6 Island
2 Gemstone Mine
4 Spectral force
4 Vesuvan shapeshifter
3 Maelstrom Djinn
2 Scryb Ranger
3 Venser, Shaper savant
4 Gemhide sliver
4 Mystic Snake
2 Draining Whelk
4 Search for tommorow(may change to edge of autumn if md riftsweepers become more popular)
4 Momentary Blink
2 Harmonize/forsee/Aeon Chronicaler
SB
3 Willbender
3 Teferi's moat
3 Dodecapod
2 Take Possession
2 Sunlance
2 Temporal isolation
So far the deck has a highly favourable MU vs MRA, a favourable MU vs shifter, goyf, UBx teachings, MonoU and RG big mana(with maximum 4 LD spells). It has fair MUs(50/50 with averag draws) vs Bu korlash(this is just from two matches, this matchup needs more testing.) It also beats any Green-based aggro decks.
Suggestions on the card draw slot? Suggestions on mana base? SB suggestions? Thanks |

I had a similar deck but i used more scrybs and added 3 mangara this guy is asskicking with scryb + blink. i would suggest, - 2 draining -1 Venser - 2 vesuvan(its good but not that great), +3 mangara + 2 scryb.
And this deck is realy good i have to agree with that. And yea your matchup vs Korlash control isnt that good.
I hope i could help.
Ah almost forgott (the scryb is also nice with gemmhide(which i didnt played thats an good idea) |

And he's double white and really only good IF I have the blink and they don't have removal AND they let him resolve.
Right now, the list has changed too:
2 Horizon canopy
7 Forest
1 Pendlehaven
2 Plains
4 Terramorphic Expanse
6 Island
2 Gemstone Mine
4 Spectral force
4 Vesuvan shapeshifter
3 Maelstrom Djinn
3 Scryb Ranger
2 Venser, Shaper savant
4 Gemhide sliver
4 Mystic Snake
2 Draining Whelk
4 Edge of Autumn
4 Momentary Blink
2 Harmonize/forsee
SB
3 Willbender
3 Teferi's moat
3 Dodecapod
2 Take Possession
2 Sunlance
2 Temporal isolation
Nothing big, but it beats 'goyf quite consistantly with adequete draws. And with the prominance of said 'goyf deck, I'm not too worried about korlash anymore.
PS: Vesuvan shapeshifter is amazing in this deck. Hardcast him to have a non vanishing djinn turn 5... Copy spectral forces(mine OR theres), kill legends(aka KORLASH, akroma) Own hellkites. and just be another 4 of every creature in my deck(Plus it is very good vs 'goyf. as X/X+1s don't trade, and seeing how easy it is to get threshold, my mystic enforcer is better then yours(because I have blink backup))) |

I won an 8 man tourny with this tonite and the guy i beat in the finals told me to play real decks and i'll never win again with my "random pile"
i like this deck so far. i feel like it might need riftwing cloudskates though. anybody have any updated lists or new ideas for this deck? |

| Umm did I miss something? I did not see Mystic Enforcer in the list? Also I think that one Hermit would a great post Damnation threat. With a shapeshifter and a lot of mana it pretty much should read swing for 24. (8 3/3 tokens) Keep in mind that I do not think that will work with blink as it reads when flipped over and not comes into play. I may be wrong about that... Then again don't you have to flip a morph over if it leaves play or is it just revealed? I can't remember the rule on that one. |

I think 1 more horizon canopy would be very good. As well, if 'goyf gets MORE popular, I'd suggest a venser for a scryb ranger. Or even drop all of them and add 1 venser and 2...griffin guide maybe. Or more maelstrom djinns, they're champs.
@kleptic: The deck is even better iRL as the shuffler issues are moot, though if you have any suggestions I'd be happy to hear them (and lol at the comment, if a deck that has good match ups vs most of the field isn't a real deck, I don't know what is).
@r3wind: It doesn't work with blink. And the deck actually had two before, but the chance of my opponent having shapeshifters/saprolings of his own make it a risk I'm not willing to take. If anything I think the deck needs more maindeck answers to 'goyf varients, maybe even main deck teferi's moat over ranger.
Mystic enforcer is an ok card, but considering how I haven't played a single black deck in my last 8-10 block games, it seems like a 2 coloured hill giant. Though, maybe I'll test those over rangers |

| drop hermit, foresee and take possession for riftwing cloudskates and two drainign whelks for whatever you want them to be. Choices include hermit, briney, saffi, stonewood, scryb ranger etc. This is the slot open for improving the MU for your meta |
