Jhoira, Eye of the Storm deck

So I've been working on an Eye of the Storm deck utilizing Jhoira for a while now and I just don't feel confidant about the deck.

Currently its running

4 x Electrolize
4 x Remand
4 x Mana Leak
2 x Exaustion
2 x Rewind
2 x Snapback
4 x Telling Time
4 x Compulsive Research
1 x Research//Development
1 x Eye of the Storm
2 x Mana Vapors
2 x Stream of Consciousness
32 Spells

3 x Vedalken Aethermage
1 x Magus of the Future
1 x Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir
1 x Venser, Shaper Savant
2 x Jhoira of the Gitu

8 Creatures

2 x Gemstone Mine
3 x Izzet Boilerworks
6 x Mountain
9 x Island

20 Lands

I don't have access to another Teferi currently, and other then Terramorphic Expanse, the land base isn't going to get better unless its either a storage land or another Gemstone.

The Idea is to abuse the Teferi combo with Eye of the Storm. Just place a Research//Development on there with Rewind and Compulsive and you've got a pretty much infinite mill once it gets going.

Any ideas?
