..why don't you tell us what you think....

TEST IT!!! don't just post a deck... say UG Aggro and expect anyone to care...

first glance... i say change mana base a little. Most of your deck is 1cc drops along w/ some 2-5.

Also... idk if its on this forums or not, but posting a deck w/o reason/sufficent data on it... kind of dictates the thread to be closed...

-4 Essence Warden

+4 Scryb Ranger
+2 Spectral Force
+1 Pendelhaven
+ something that accels.

Umm where's the beef?

I feel a bit let down. Why are you not running Mystic Snake? Where is the card advantage or the tempo? I get the fact that you have some pump spells but this is no good if you have card draw. You will lose the match to almost any other tempo deck that does have some card advantage like G-R-U big mana. Also am not really that hot on the B-U-R Korlash Control match up. One Tendrils of Corruption on a 1/1 is mostly a scoop for you. I think that you really need to work in three to four Harmonize! This will help a lot to keep you from running out of steam. I maybe wrong but I think that there was a list that was G-U-R arggo. It had Stormbind, Harmonize, and Aeon Chronicler for the card draw and the big beats!

Uktabi Drake without Primal Forcemage is not good...

Creatures: 26
4-Spectral Force
4-Scryb Ranger
4-Groundbreaker
4-Primal Forcemage
4-Timbermare
4-Uktabi Drake
2-Mystic Snake

Sorceries: 4
4-Call of the Herd

Instants: 10
4-Psionic Blast
4-Delay
2-Stonewood Invocation

Land: 20
10-Forest
9-Island
1-Pendelhaven

Overall I don't see this deck being very competitive but here is a fun list of it.

If you want a more controlling list of the deck you could run this.

Creatures: 18
4-Spectral Force
4-Scryb Ranger
4-Mystic Snake
4-Tarmogoyf
2-Quagnoth

Sorceries: 4
4-Call of the Herd

Instants: 13
4-Psionic Blast
4-Delay
3-Think Twice
2-Stonewood Invocation

Artifacts: 3
3-Prismatic Lens

Lands: 20
4-Gemstone Mine
3-Horizon Canopy
4-Forest
8-Island
1-Pendelhaven

This one is a bit more controlling you could add some different things such as thelonite hermit, pickles combo, aeon chronicler among other things.
