Here is a really fun list that you may want to try out.
I made a really fun deck. I am thinking of swapping the the Golem out for Storm Entity. A lot of times I have a storm count of 4-6 so it seems like a good add. I am not sure that I like Galvanic Arc it seems a bit messy. So you just control the first 4-6 turns and then start the combo. You need one of each to start to combo off.
Auratog
Spirit Loop
Mesa Enchantress
Sac the Loop, play it, draw a card, sac the Loop, play it, draw a card, and so on until you run out of mana for the turn. Be sure to replay it on the 'tog before you attack for the turn. Also you do not need to draw a card from the Mesa Enchantress. Mesa Enchantress reads you may draw a card. This will help to keep you from decking out to the other guy.
Any thoughts about a Galvanic Arc replacement? I was thinking of Wrath of God. Also I am sure that you can do this without the blue but Hatching Plans and Reality Acid make it so much better.

Nimbus maze is just a bad adarkar wastes.
And I don't see how you could stall for 4-6 turns. If that's how you want the deck to work why don't you take out the red for wraths and some counters. Repeal and remand would help with the tempo as well, the deck is very situational.
dream stalkers, copy enchantment, remand, repeal, wraths |

| I would suggest dropping the red for black and running some number of Zur the Enchanter. If you're gonna go with the enchantment theme may as well push it eh? |
