Precon War!

In this format, you must Choose a deck, which is one of MTG: Starter decks. Any Pre-Made starter deck is allowed to be used,
aside from the World Championship decks. Players may not edit their decks in any way.

FOR EXAMPLE: You can choose the following decks:
* Sliver Shiver
* Max Attack
*Goblin Rush
* White Heat

Banned Decks:

* World championship Decks
* Rats Nest
* Groundbreaker
* Dominator

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unglued Block:

In this format, you make your deck from the following sets:

Unglued
Unhinged
9th Ed.

You build your deck following normal deckbuilding rules. Anytime a card calls for you to say something, you must type it instead. Ex: "say this cards flavor text during your upkeep." means to type it instead. Also you should emote / act anything that requires action. If a card calls for you to slap the table, you can type *slaps table* or just type SLAP TABLE. Something different from your normal typing.

Erratad Cards:
R&D's secret errata - Play all cards as they are written, ignoring all errata. This does not remove magic-league errata.
Prismatic Wardrobe - Destroy target card that does not share a color with permanants you control.
Ladies' Knight - Spells played by a player who's APPR/MWS name is female cost (1) less to play.
Vile Bile - Whenever a player's mouse touches Vile Bile, that player loses 2 life. (tap, untap, attack, bury, put into play, etc)
Sex Appeal - Prevent the next 3 damage total that would be dealt to any number of creatures and/or players this turn. If your opponent's name is not the same gender as yours, prevent 6 damage instead.
Avatar of me - Avatar of Me costs (1) to play for each ten years your judge has been alive. Avatar of Me's power is equal to your judges height in feet, and its toughness is equal to your judges American show size. Round to the nearest 1/2. Avatar of Me's color is the color of your Judges eyes.
Elvish House Party - Elvish House Party's power and toughness are each equal to the current hour, using the twelve-hour system, and current mIRC server time.
Bronze Calendar - Spells you play cost (1) less to play as long as you do not speak.
Ghazban Ogress - whichever player has won the most games of magic against their opponent that day gains control of Ghazban Ogress.
First Come, First Served - The attacking or blocking creatures with the lowest mana cost have first strike. If two or more creatures are tied for lowest mana cost, the both have first strike.
Granny's Payback - you gain life equal to your judges age.
Gus - this card counts as "per match" only.

how exactly would Mirror Mirror work, wouldn't it be easier just to ban it?

Precons Wars with all of its limitations is quite fun...a lot less intimidating than many formats.

UGblock I really enjoy, but there would be a number of problems. First: As mentioned, Mirror Mirror will just plan not work most of the time...so banning might be good.

Second, what about "neuter" names? Ah, never mind that question. Actually, it would matter. If my name is "Aboshan" and opponent's name is "Orange", then I probably will get no bonus...ah, well..

For the Bronze Calendar, why not attempting to speak in an accent...or would people not have the patience for that? Ah' thin dat ah'm caipabul ov it, wha' no-t?

And how do you know your judges physical traits? Are they given before the tournament/match? What if there is no judge?And won't 10th edition be subbed for 9th?
