Is there any way of get them to the graveyard from play?

E.g. Stuffy Doll 0/1 hit with sudden death -4-4 does this put
it into the graveyard or does indestructible save it?

Any clearing on the rulings would be great thanks.

indestrucible only protects a permanent from lethal damage (i.e. lightning bolt you Doll (not a very good plan btw)) or destroy effects(i.e. disenchant your Doll).
-x/-x effects put a creature directly in the graveyard due to statebased effects ( dont kill me if im wrong here on the technical terms, but darkblast or sudden death kill your Doll)
Also remove from the game effects kill it ( i.e. swords to plowshares your Doll)

hope I've helped

Cheerio!

Indestructible
If a permanent is indestructible, rules and effects can't destroy it. Such permanents are not destroyed by lethal damage, and they ignore the lethal-damage state-based effect (see rule 420.5c). Rules or effects may cause an indestructible permanent to be sacrificed, put into a graveyard, or removed from the game.

--from Comp. Rules

==to kill==
-sacrifice
-RFG the card, Devouring Light

--if it is a creature....--
ways to kill:
-illeagle thoughness(0 or below )

ways not to kill:
-wrath of god
-shock

---------------
now im not 100% sure on this part, but it is also illegal to cast "destroy target" spells on it, as it would not be destroyed. I might of read that somewere.... were i forgot.

It isn't illegal to target an indestructible target, it just won't do anything. That's the ruling at the origin of the Darksteel Reactor - Dismantle combo.

Things that will get rid of the indestructible permanent are:
- Sacrifice effects
- Lowering it's toughness to 0
- Removing it from the game

Destroy effect, even those which prevent regenerating, will be ineffective against indestructible permanents. Lethal damage will do nothing to indestructible creatures (the damage stacks, but doesn't lower the creature's toughness).[/list]

what im saying is... there was a ruling w/ Pophrey Nodes... that you can't chose Doll as the target... idk why... thats what i was referencing.. ill post again once i find it

------Porphrey Node's Rulings--------
# 2/1/2007 If the creature with the least power is indestructible, the ability does nothing.
# 2/1/2007 If there are multiple creatures with tied for least power and some but not all of them are indestructible, the indestructible one can't be chosen.

No no no!!! The Nodes see the Doll as the target and targets it, but because the Doll is indestructible, nothing happens. The second ruling is different though, it restrains you from keeping, say Birds of Paradise and Stuffy Doll on the table at the same time, as you would just target the Doll every upkeep to keep the Birds around.
