Talking about the new 2/2 legendary creature..
2UU
When he comes into play return target permament or spell an opponent controls to its owners hand.
Besides the bounce ability, Is this essentially a remand without a draw? The reason I ask is because remand specifically says it counters it first and this does not. |

| No, it doesnt counter, so it simply bounces the spell from the stack back into your hand. This gets around "Cannot be countered" bla bla blah, stuff like demonfire. Because it's not actually countered. |

| but essentially it is doing the same thing as remand (if u bounce a speel of the stack)but instead on cantriping it gives u a legendary bear..... it is more versitile obviosly b/c it can flash in to take out a utility dude + bounce sumtin... or just used like a man-o-war with flash |

man-o-war is a great card, and venser is even greater! for 1 more mana, man-o-war gets flash, the ability to boucne ANY permanent, and the ability to remand a spell.
I am a big fan of venser myself, I am just looking for a deck to break him.
Venser #1! |

| Well only problem I have so far is killing one venser to cast another...but otherwise this is a must have maindeck card for any sort of blue deck with aggro elements. It is very nice to have them cast a volcanic hammer on my sulfur, then bounce the sulfur to my hand with venser and basically 2 for 1 them. The counter function isn't as good as I expected though. |

"Remand"
Info: Color = Blue Type = Instant Cost = 1U Edition = Ravnica: City of Guilds (RAV)
Errata: Counter target spell. If that spell is countered this way, put it into its owner's hand instead of into that player's graveyard. ; Draw a card.
Venser, Shaper Savant"
Info: [Edition] = Future Sight (FS), [Color] = Blue, [Rarity] = Rare, [Cost] = 2UU, [Type] = Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
CARD TEXT: Flash (You may play this spell any time you could play an instant.) When Venser, Shaper Savant comes into play, return target spell or permanent to its owner's hand. |

I wanted to show the differance in the way the two cards are played. I think that it will be a good choice in the meta to play both. It is a great choice for a slot in almost any Blink deck |
