I'll keep it simple. At the Future Sight prerelease I lost to this deck:

Green:

2x Nessian Courser
2x Sprout Swarm
2x ravagin Riftwurm
1x Sporoloth Ancient
1x Llanowar Empath
1x Yavaimaya Dryad
1x Sporesower Thallid
1x Durkwood Baloth
1x Gemhide Sliver
1x Ashcoat Bear

White:
1x Cloudchaser Kestrel
1x Griffin Guide
1x Temporal Isolation
1x Flickering Spirit
1x Marshaling Cry
2x Blade of the Sixth Pride
1x Magus of the Disk

Red:
2x Gathan Raiders

Multi-color:
1x Mystic Enforcer

Artifact:
1x Paradise Plume
1x Prismatic Lens

Land:
9x Forest
7x Plains

Total: 42 cards

SideBoard:
1x plated Pegasus
1x Aven Mindcensor

Ignoring the awful mana ratio, does this deck seem possible or am I just being a crybaby? Please consider the double cards and the Saproling-theme.

Thanks,
Jok

firstly, wrong forum, secondly, your deck isn't very good

you have no evasion and only 1 removal spell, not to mention the fact that your deck is really really slow (so you will have trouble racing flyers and shadow guys)

thridly, you are playing lots of weak cards, paradise plume, the two riftwurms, and to a lesser extent marshalling cry, are all pretty bad

with a deck like that I would expect to go 2-3, maybe 3-2 at best

dv8r: RTFP!
Yes, I know HIS mana base is horrible. Yes, I know some cards are sub-par. Yes, I know this is a Rules forum.

I'm asking if the deck looks "supplemented" to anyone else. Ignore the build, look at the cards. The G/W common run and the theme of Saprolings.

Cheers,
Jok

This deck is more than normal, underpowered, and completely possible to have. I opened two Sulfurous Blasts (one foil, one not) at my prerelease and got accused of cheating multiple times. There's a reason that accusing people of something that you have absolutely no proof for is illegal in the media.

Basically, you got beat by a bad deck, running 42 cards, that is completely normal to show up in a Ts-Fs-Fs sealed pool. Deal.

It can randomly happen. I was sitting next to a guy at a Mirage sealed deck tournament, and he opened 3 savage twisters. Naturally, he went on to win the tournament. Besides, that pool is hardly overwhelmingly good.

Heh, I remember in Onslaught block, there was a print run with Silvos and Exalted Angel... I got such a pool once with some decent companion cards, and won the tournament.

The very next tournament another guy won with Exalted and Silvos. So yes, it can happen.

At least we have deck registration here to minimize cheating.

Everytime I lose in a sealed with no deck-reg, the thought crosses my mind, "Did he cheat?". But, you just have to get over it, and assume you lost because someone had to. Don't let it get you down.

At the PC prerelease, this chick (yeah, a female player) opened 2 Stuffy Dolls one foil. Hey, anything can happen.

At my PC prerelease (no deck reg) I opened Enslave, Damnation, Mirri, 3 Dead/Gone, Lightning Axe, Tendrils.... It was sick. Anyways, I called the judge and showed him what I had opened, just incase I was accused of cheating if/when I won...... I won. Wink

At the Future Sight pre-release, I opened 2 Stuffy Doll and 3 Fatal Attraction. Good game?

How is that possible? Sealed is tournament pack/booster/booster

That would require 5 different packs. :\

turny and 3 boosters rocks...

turny and 5 boosters for 2HG sucks (but at such a low cost! 20$ each, WITH REWARDS!)

anyway...
this deck seems not really impressive...
losing to that is rather sad...
although swarm is broken in limited...and he had two...

after i went to the 2HG (and normal too) and faced an enemy team that had too many good spells i went on complaining...(damn...i cant believe they beaten us when we got a god hand....well...they got two...)
luck sucks...with normal luck i would have taken first place (lost 1 game due to no mountains out of my 8, manascrewing me, and the second to that pair of cheaters...i am simply sure as double god hands are too rare...and keep drawing an answer every time...if they didnt cheat they had one hell of a pool...)

that deck you faced is totaly fair and logical (and i would own him hard at the normal PR, even that i only got to place 11...)
the pool i opened and the pool passed to me were both created far better decks...

sorry-you are a crybaby...
